The long awaited guidance to accompany the revised performance standards for the acoustic design of schools has just been published.  This is a revision of the guidance previously published in 2003 as Sections 2 to 7 of Building Bulletin 93: Acoustic Design of Schools.

This document has been produced by the Institute of Acoustics and the Association  of Noise Consultants to provide supporting guidance and recommendations on the acoustic design of new and refurbished schools.
